- Roof structure, usable area, waterproofing status and shading.
- Daytime load profile, time-of-use tariff and monthly electricity bills.
- Grid-connection requirements, distribution capacity, metering method and expansion plan.
If storage or EV chargers may be added later, solar output, building load and charging load should be calculated in one model.
